Preparing a project for an overnight retail installation

My responsibility sits before the installation team arrives: drawings, dimensions, material checks and project information need to be ready for the person responsible for the night shift.

A short installation window leaves little room for ambiguity. Missing dimensions, undefined finishes or conflicting documents become immediate delays when the store must be ready before opening.

Good preparation is not about producing more paperwork. It is about giving the right people clear, consistent information early enough to act on it.
