Preparing a project for an overnight retail installation

My role mainly supports the stage before the installation team arrives: preparing drawings, dimensions, material checks and project information for the person responsible for the night shift.

A short installation window leaves little room for ambiguity. Missing key dimensions, undefined finishes or conflicting documents can become immediate delays when the store must be ready before opening.

Good preparation is not about producing more paperwork. It is about giving the right people clear, consistent information early enough to act on it.
